This can include registering the marriage with local authorities or obtaining a civil marriage certificate.

2. Contact and Communication
Once we have your contact information and payment, we will pass it along to the Imam. Please note that the Imam may call from a private or withheld number. If you miss the call, you will need to rebook and pay the full fee again.

3. Scheduling
Once we receive your details, we will provide an estimated time frame for your booking. Please note that the duration of session is not defined and may change depending on the availability of the Imam, calling conditions, and any personal or technical issues. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept this variability. If the Imam cannot contact you at the scheduled time, we cannot be held responsible.

4. Payment Terms
The fee for the Online Nikah is £150, payable in full prior to the meeting. This is a one-time payment covering the session we have arranged for you. This fee is non-refundable once paid.

5. Call Conditions
Please note the following conditions:
1. If the call ends unexpectedly, there is no obligation for the Imam to call you back to complete the session.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a good signal and are in a quiet environment for the call.
3. If you wish to include others in the call, please provide their full names.
4. We do not consent to any recording being made during the call when talking to the Imam. This is a private setting, and it is forbidden to use devices or software to record the conversation.
5. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without prior notice due to any change of circumstances and may inform you via email if this does occur.

6. Compliance
You must adhere to the laws of your country and Islamic regulations when using any of our services, as well as when booking, communicating with the Imam or associate, and discussing topics during the consultation. If you are rude, use offensive language, make threats, waste time, or place the Imam on hold during the call, they have the right to end the call immediately.

7. Nature of the Call
The call is to unite two Muslims through our Online Nikah in the marriage ceremony. The responsibility for gathering all necessary information and requirements for a valid Online Nikah conducted via phone rests solely with the service user, not with Marrying Muslims or its owner.
